Curriculum Vitae
Olena Rybiy, PhD in Political Science, joined the Institute of Political Science in August 2024 as a postdoctoral researcher. From 2013 to 2022, she was a lecturer at the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Previously, Olena was a visiting fellow at the Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (IERES) at George Washington University, USA, and a guest research fellow at the Social Networks Lab at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. She has experience in working with research institutions, civil society NGOs, and international organizations promoting reforms in Ukraine. Her research focuses on democratic transitions, parliamentary oversight, civil society networks and coalitions, and Ukrainian political institutions.
